We like for customers to book out at least a day in advance but if you need same day service, reach out via text or email and we will try to accommodate any last minute needs. We are here to help!

We do offer witnesses for in person signings on the weekends and some evenings. For remote online notarizations, witnesses are available to support your interaction.

For an in person appointment your appointment, please provide a valid, government-issued photo ID. All documents that need to be notarized, (unless we are bringing them to you) and any additional signers or witnesses, if required.

We offer convenient Mobile Notary services across New York City. We come to the privacy of your office, business, hospital, nursing home, school or even the privacy of your home. Mobile Notary Service operates Monday through Friday, from 8am - 6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 5pm. Yes, effective February of 2023 New York State now offers the ability to support notary transactions online. Under the new law, remotely notarized documents will be accepted for record by the New York county clerk and other government offices. We have even more flexibility with supporting online interactions from Monday - Sunday from 6am - 10pm. Book Now!

If I don't live in New York State can you help me out online? Yes, as the signer you can be anywhere in the U.S. or even overseas, just as long as you can appear before you via live audio-video communication.

Yes, for traditional notarizations, you as the principal signer must personally appear before the notary at the time of the notarization. This means that both the signer and notary must both be physically present, face to face in the same room when the notarization takes place. When performing electronic notarizations for remotely located clients, you as the principal signer must be face to face via audio-video communication technology.
